⁴For the Lord ^(A)takes pleasure in His people;
He will ^(B)beautify the afflicted ones with salvation.

⁵Let the ^(C)godly ones exult in glory;
Let them ^(D)sing for joy on their beds.
⁶Let the ^(E)high praises of God be in their ^[a]mouth,
And a ^(F)two-edged ^(G)sword in their hand,
